POKER FACE - darkly comedic feature in the vein of Albert Brooks' MOTHER meets LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE. Leeba is a closed-off, female poker player who is forced to live with and take the dating advice of her meddling, ill, just-as-closed-off-as-Leeba, 84-year-old grandmother on the grounds that her grandmother move into assisted living. But before Leeba can date, she has to learn to drop her poker face.
BINTEL BRIEF - magical realism feature. Based on Liana Finck's graphic novel of the same name, A BINTEL BRIEF is a magical realism journey into the world of depression. Artist Rachel is at a turning point in her life. When a notebook with a mysterious man from 1905 comes to life, she discovers she'd rather live in the past than confront the realities of the present.

SAINT LOUIS tells the true story of the fateful 1939 ship carrying 937 Jewish refugees out of Germany only to be rejected by Cuba, the United States, and Canada, and the sacrifices brave Captain Gustav Schroeder made in order to save them.
CARLA MARGO - dramedic, 1 hour. Twelve-year-old Carla Margo just wants to be "normal," date the coolest guy in school, and hang out with her flamboyantly fabulous best friend, but instead she must fight to assimilate her family's Communist values into 1950's Red Scare America. Based on the real life of my mother and her semi-famous family.
GREENHORN - ½ hour, in the vein of TRANSPARENT. A laugh then cry, ‘50s-era dramedy that follows spit-fire Polish Jewish refugee Donna Green as she chases the American Dream with her troubled but loving Holocaust Survivor husband.

MASTERS OF SEX - When a Vietnam veteran comes into the office wanting a prosthetic penis to help him have sex with his wife, Johnson is eager to take the practice into this new venture, but Masters fears the prosthetic will sully their reputation and refuses to help. Johnson ends up unintentionally teaching her daughter about sex toys, getting her in trouble at school. Masters decides to save the practice on his own by turning to Betty Friedan for funding - but the famed feminist is not impressed with his efforts.
